After researching snow tires online I decided to stop by Express Tire and see what they had to offer. The place was clean, the staff were professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable when recommending tires for my car. Having a rear wheel drive two seater it was really important that I get some quality tires as my car was a sled during the first snow storm. I spoke with Darren and after a quick assessment of my vehicle I was off in a loaner car (which was very convenient) and have been very happy with the way the tires have performed during the latest snow storms. I’m very satisfied with the service I received and it was a much better experience than buying online for the same price I would have paid, it was actually slightly less!

This is the best car repair experience I have ever had. I called in the middle of the day, was told I could bring my car in right away, and was offered a loaner car, which I really needed. They were expecting me when I checked in, called back very soon after to let me know the price of the new muffler (less than originally estimated), and also advised that I needed 2 new tires. I got a great price on the tires, and my car was ready to be picked up before 5 pm (I brought it in after 1). When I picked up the car, they greeted me by name (I have family members who can't always do that), reviewed the repairs and future service recommendations, and their service policy: tires come with a lifetime rotation and balance every 6000 miles, and lifetime free flat repairs; mufflers have a lifetime free replacement warranty.

First I went Sears, then Direct Tire, then Express Tire. The quotes were very different. The tire I needed was quoted $290/each at Direct Tire and $219/each at Express Tire. I needed 4 tires so I obviously went with Express Tire. They gave me free loaner car and free alignment. Then when I picked up my car, they told me I get a free alignment and balance every 6k miles for FREE. In addition, they fix any flat I get for free as well. This is what I call customer service. I am very impressed!

I had some work done on my car at Express Tire this week - This was not the first time I've brought my car in for service and it certainly won't be the last.  Being a woman, sometimes it's hard to find a trustworthy place to have your car worked on, as most garages see you as giant dollar sign, because they assume you know nothing about cars.  I never got this impression from your staff.  Not only were the Express Tire employees helpful, but they were also funny, and pleasant to deal with on a personal level.  You remained in constant communication with me throughout the day, and were also very understanding of my financial situation in terms of how much the work would cost on my car and never once did you try to sell me something I didn't need.  Not to mention, it makes it almost painless to get work done to your car when you can get a free loaner car, and you're not even more stressed out trying to figure out how you're going to get to and from the garage!  I just wanted to say thank you for doing great work, and making me feel so much better about the whole process.  Not only will I be back for more work, but I will also be telling my friends and family about the great service I received.  I especially would like to thank Ray and Darren, for being so easygoing and patient with me the 5+ times I called during the day while they had my car!

I recently came to Express Tire & Auto to get two new rear tires and have my wheels aligned and balanced. After dropping my car off and returning to work I received a call from you saying that your mechanic believed that the rods on the front wheels were loose and needed replacement. I saw my bill mounting past $400.00 and quickly returned in the car that you had graciously lent me and requested that you stop the maintenance.
When I saw that you already had my front tires off and the new tires mounted on the rims, I thought I was going to get an argument about how I was obligated at that point to purchase the tires. There was no argument. I thought I was at least going to get a request of some financial payment for allowing me to use your company car, and for the time the mechanic had spent working on my car. "No problem, there's no charge" was all I heard.

I'm writting this letter to show my appreciation for the manner in which you handled my recent suspension problem. As you know, after both rear shocks were replaced by your shop, I had the misfortune of having a shock fail and punch through the bracket that was supposed to hold it in place. No sooner did I get in touch with Ray at your shop than I was reassured that you would hold true to the honorable business practice that I have come to associate with express by ensuring that my vehicle would be fixed and once again safe to drive without worry.
